Summary
This Part-time position (12 hours per week) is responsible for a wide variety of inventory and data tracking tasks, including item creation, and inventory adjustment tasks. This employee uses problem solving skills to identify errors and make corrections while completing duties on a timely and accurate basis. This position requires a person who is extremely detail oriented, and comfortable with routine data entry tasks. This position requires Excel use and other Microsoft Office applications on a daily basis.
Essential Functions
- Create items for domestic Apparel, Home and Furniture
- Create Purchase Orders (POs) for any items created to ensure that the store is able to receive the items into their inventory
- Ensures store receives POs in NetSuite timely. Resolves discrepancies with them.
- Complete domestic invoices and ensures billing from domestic vendors is uploaded into NetSuite
- Reports short ship and damages to vendors. Ensures credit or refund received and records in NetSuite
- Cancels domestic items per vendor discrepancies, including items not shipped by the end of season according to PO's
- Resolves Inventory Billed Not Received report
