Summary Perform administrative, clerical and secretarial duties as needed by the department and/or officer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Screen telephone calls, greet customers, answers questions and assist customers in routine banking needs.
- Prepares reports, gather material for file, and prepare loan documents.
- Assist customers with opening new accounts, funds transfer, wires and loan closings. Assist Loan Officers with loan preparation, including entering application into Mark IV. Provides ongoing relationship servicing with current customers to maintain goodwill and gain additional business.
- Coordinates meetings, and special functions.
- Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes. Orders and maintains supplies.
- Requires highest level of confidentiality.
- Complies with all applicable banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act. Follows Red River Bank policies and procedures. Attends or completes all required training.

Education And/or Experience
High school diploma and a minimum of two years banking or other administrative experience.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have excellent knowledge of all Microsoft applications including; Excel, Word, and Outlook.
