About the Role
NexDrop Express is seeking reliable and professional couriers to join our growing team. As a courier, you will play an important role in transporting medical specimens, documents, and other time-sensitive items between hospitals, labs, and clinics. This position is ideal for individuals who value independence, flexibility, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver medical specimens, documents, and packages in a timely and secure manner
- Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining excellent communication with dispatch
- Adhere to client and company protocols, including HIPAA compliance
- Accurately document pickups and deliveries using provided tools or apps
- Represent NexDrop Express with professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license
- Reliable, insured vehicle (sedan, SUV, or crossover preferred)
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and handle deliveries safely
- Smartphone with data plan for route updates and communication
- Professional demeanor and strong time management skills
Compensation
- Paid per route/run, with weekly settlements
- Earnings vary by route and availability (stat and scheduled work available)
- Independent contractor role (1099) – drivers manage their own schedule and expense

Pay: $21.84 - $26.30 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
