About the Role

NexDrop Express is seeking reliable and professional couriers to join our growing team. As a courier, you will play an important role in transporting medical specimens, documents, and other time-sensitive items between hospitals, labs, and clinics. This position is ideal for individuals who value independence, flexibility, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver medical specimens, documents, and packages in a timely and secure manner
Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining excellent communication with dispatch
Adhere to client and company protocols, including HIPAA compliance
Accurately document pickups and deliveries using provided tools or apps
Represent NexDrop Express with professionalism at all times

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license
Reliable, insured vehicle (sedan, SUV, or crossover preferred)
Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and handle deliveries safely
Smartphone with data plan for route updates and communication
Professional demeanor and strong time management skills

Compensation

Paid per route/run, with weekly settlements
Earnings vary by route and availability (stat and scheduled work available)
Independent contractor role (1099) – drivers manage their own schedule and expense
