About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Appointment Setter to join our Administrative team. This remote position offers a full-time, hourly opportunity for candidates who excel in communication and time management. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in our customer outreach and scheduling processes, making a lasting impact on our operations and client satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Contact potential or existing clients to schedule appointments via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Coordinate and manage calendars to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently and without conflicts.
- Confirm and follow up on scheduled appointments to ensure attendance and reduce no-shows.
- Maintain accurate records of communication, appointments, and client information in the database.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to optimize scheduling workflows and effectiveness.
- Respond promptly to scheduling inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative, scheduling, or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with an attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with reliable internet access.
- Proficient with scheduling tools and CRM software, or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle high-volume outreach while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team.
The pay range for this role is: 25.19 - 35.19 USD per hour(Remote (New Orleans, Louisiana, US))
