About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Appointment Setter to join our Administrative team. This remote position offers a full-time, hourly opportunity for candidates who excel in communication and time management. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in our customer outreach and scheduling processes, making a lasting impact on our operations and client satisfaction. What You'll Do

Contact potential or existing clients to schedule appointments via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Coordinate and manage calendars to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently and without conflicts.
Confirm and follow up on scheduled appointments to ensure attendance and reduce no-shows.
Maintain accurate records of communication, appointments, and client information in the database.
Collaborate with team members and departments to optimize scheduling workflows and effectiveness.
Respond promptly to scheduling inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients.
Identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues as they arise.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in an administrative, scheduling, or customer-facing role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with an attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a remote environment with reliable internet access.
Proficient with scheduling tools and CRM software, or a willingness to learn.
Ability to handle high-volume outreach while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team.

The pay range for this role is:
25.19 - 35.19 USD per hour(Remote (New Orleans, Louisiana, US))
