GENERAL NATURE OF DUTIES:
The Manager, HRIS and Data Analytics serves as the subject matter expert for the Human Resources Information systems and data analytics platforms, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency in compliance with relevant HR regulations. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, security and usability of HR systems and data delivering actionable insights to support business decisions and workforce planning.
This position requires strong technical knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, as well as provide guidance and training to others.
Multi-State employer, with approximately 3,000 employees. The position is within the Healthcare industry and on-site. Local applicants preferred.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
1. Oversee the day-to-day administration of UKG Pro and other HR systems, including user access, data integrity and system updates.
2. Lead new integrations, security and workflow configuration, and testing system changes.
3. Point of contact for employee data conversions for platform practice acquisitions.
4. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the systems for compliance, recordkeeping and reporting.
5. Design and deliver dashboards, KPI’s and predictive analytics to support workforce planning, talent management, DEI and compliance.
6. Develop and deliver system and process training and associated materials.
7. Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with vendor support as needed.
8. Provide project and vendor management for any related software changes/upgrades/maintenance, integrations and implementations.
9. Manages the annual EEO-1 reporting.
10. Collaborate on annual open enrollment from a benefit update perspective as well as leading any third-party EDI integrations.
11. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to uphold data quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management or information systems or equivalent experience.
2. Understanding of HR processes, policies and best practices, preferred.
3. 5+ years of HRI systems experience, preferably with UKG Pro.
4. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
5. Skilled in using advanced reporting and analytics tools, such as Power BI.
6. Experience with annual EEO-1 reporting, preferably in a multiple employer organization.
7. Experience in creating HR KPI metrics.
8. Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
10. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
11. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
