We’re recruiting on behalf of an established and growing company specializing in
Industrial Ventilation and Pneumatic Conveying solutions. If you’re a hands-on project manager with experience in mechanical systems and field installation oversight, this opportunity is for you.
About The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end execution for industrial ventilation and pneumatic conveying projects. From collaborating with CAD designers and ordering materials, to coordinating install teams and ensuring project timelines are met, you'll be the key point of contact driving project success.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee project planning and execution, tracking milestones and reporting progress to upper management
- Coordinate with CAD designers on drawing layouts and review for approval
- Order components based on approved drawings and project specifications
- Schedule installations and shipments; provide regular updates to customers
- Travel to job sites for pre-construction walkthroughs, field checks, and crew inspections
- Perform equipment startup, verify airflow readings, and train customer operators on system use
- Identify and resolve any on-site interferences or installation issues
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Prior experience managing mechanical, industrial, or conveying system projects
- Familiarity with fluid power, airflow systems, or mechanical installations
- Working knowledge of CAD, MS Project, Excel, and Word
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent time management, organizational, and customer-facing communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed to job sites
Preferred Background
- Experience working with CAD designers and approving layout drawings
- Knowledge of industrial ventilation, ductwork, or pneumatic systems
- Comfortable overseeing both planning and field implementation phases
