Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. Duties

Input and update data into multiple databases, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other software platforms with speed and accuracy
Perform data entry tasks such as transcribing information from physical documents into digital formats
Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of records, both electronically and physically
Verify data accuracy through cross-referencing and basic math checks to prevent errors
Use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, generate reports, and analyze data trends
Support order entry processes by entering customer orders promptly and accurately
Assist with data collection projects by compiling information from various sources and ensuring completeness

Experience

Proven clerical experience with a focus on data entry or administrative support in an office environment
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and office software tools is highly desirable
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed; experience with transcription is a plus
Basic math skills for verifying numerical data and performing simple calculations
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Previous experience in filing, data collection, or order entry roles is advantageous
