Registration Clerk Responsibilities:

Register patients by collecting and verifying demographic information
Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
Schedule appointments and update patient records
Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries
Process payments and reconcile daily transactions

Registration Clerk Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using computer systems and electronic health records
