As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of parts and supplies for our organization. - Manage the order management system to track and process parts orders
- Develop and maintain effective supply chain management strategies

- Collaborate with other departments to forecast parts needs and maintain appropriate stock levels
- Handle customer inquiries regarding parts availability and pricing
- Implement and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking parts usage and maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and industry standards
- Provide guidance and support to the team of parts associates

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Familiarity with procurement management processes, including negotiating with suppliers and managing contracts
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions regarding inventory levels
- Experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing parts
- Knowledge of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and their specifications
- Proven ability to effectively manage a team
