What You’ll Do:
- Build genuine connections and establish rapport with guests and potential clients
- Present and sell exclusive vacation packages to pre-qualified leads
- Clearly explain the VIP benefits of traveling as a Club Wyndham owner
- Encourage owners to upgrade their vacation ownership with VIP-level perks
- Showcase Wyndham’s luxury Presidential Suites at Club Wyndham Avenue Plaza and Club Wyndham La Belle Maison
- Tailor your presentations to meet each client’s unique needs and travel goals
- Follow up to enhance owner satisfaction and loyalty
- Participate actively in ongoing sales training and team meetings
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of sales or related experience preferred
- Strong ability to overcome objections
- Excellent active listening and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in different sales techniques
- Professional team player with a positive, upbeat attitude
