Chief Executive Officer — Manufacturing

We are conducting a search for a Chief Executive Officer to lead a vertically integrated U.S. manufacturer of aluminum building products serving residential and commercial construction markets nationwide. This privately owned business operates multiple manufacturing facilities and is entering its next phase of scale, operational maturity, and long-term value creation.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited for a proven manufacturing executive who combines strong commercial acumen, operational rigor, and financial discipline. The CEO will assume full responsibility for enterprise performance, strategy execution, and organizational leadership while partnering closely with long-term ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and execute multi-year strategic plans focused on growth, profitability, and operational excellence
- Lead multi-site manufacturing operations with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Own full financial performance including P&L, working capital, capital allocation, and ROI
- Build and scale commercial capabilities including sales leadership, pricing discipline, and channel strategy
- Strengthen distributor, OEM, and customer relationships while expanding market share
- Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team with strong succession readiness
- Implement data-driven operating systems, KPIs, and performance management processes
- Partner with ownership on strategic priorities, capital investments, and long-term value creation
Ideal Background
- Prior CEO, President, or senior general management experience with full P&L ownership
- Strong leadership experience in building materials, construction products, or industrial manufacturing
- Proven track record of scaling revenue, improving margins, and driving operational performance
- Experience leading multi-plant manufacturing organizations
- Deep commercial expertise including pricing strategy, channel management, and sales leadership
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment experience
- Experience working with private ownership, family office, or private equity is highly valued
- Metals or aluminum manufacturing experience is a strong advantage

Location Requirement
