Engagement Overview
The Warehouse Runner (“Contractor”) shall provide overnight warehouse support and material movement services to assist with The Goddess Collection’s production and fulfillment operations. Services focus on transporting products, supplies, and complete orders between workstations, staging areas, and shipping zones to maintain continuous workflow and operational efficiency during overnight production hours.
This engagement reflects contracted services only and does not establish an employer–employee relationship.
Service Schedule
Contracted services are requested during the following overnight coverage window:
- Monday–Friday: 11:30 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
Occasional additional overnight coverage or schedule adjustments may be coordinated in advance based on operational needs.
Scope of Services
The Contractor shall provide the following services:
- Transport products, materials, and completed orders between warehouse stations
- Deliver pulled orders to packing and shipping areas
- Move packaging supplies to production workstations as needed
- Assist with staging outbound shipments
- Support inventory movement and restocking activities as directed
- Remove empty boxes, trash, and debris from work areas
- Maintain clear walkways and organized staging zones
- Perform basic warehouse support tasks to keep production flowing overnight
- Communicate delays, shortages, or safety concerns to Operations within 24 hours
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout service periods
Service Metrics
- Responsiveness: Materials and orders delivered promptly to prevent overnight workflow delays
- Accuracy: Correct items transported to proper locations
- Efficiency: Supports continuous production flow with minimal downtime
- Cleanliness: Work areas and walkways remain clear and organized
- Reliability: Maintain 98% fulfillment of scheduled overnight service commitments
- Communication: Operational issues reported to Operations within 24 hours
Contractor Qualifications
- Prior warehouse or planning support experience preferred (training provided)
- Ability to follow instructions consistently
- Dependable with reliable availability during overnight service windows
- Collaborative with clear communication
- Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
Service Environment
Services are performed in a smoke-free, drug-free, fragrance-free, wellness-focused warehouse environment aligned with The Goddess Collection’s operational and safety standards.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
