Duties

You will research and provide information regarding a variety of rules, regulations, procedures and requirements to provide explanations of actions taken or recommended.
You will determine and monitor corrective actions utilizing computer applications, telephone and written correspondence.
You will review documents for validity, completeness, and correctness of account data
You will use computer databases and software to support the operations of the section. Requirements Conditions of employment

You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting with administrative functions in the support of Human Resource personnel actions; providing customer service and conducting work that requires familiarity and knowledge in general office equipment and computer software.
