Minimum Qualifications
Two years of experience in administrative services.
Experience Substitution:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties:
Job Duties and Other Information
This Position Reports To The Assistant Director Of Career And Testing Services In Fulfillment Of The College's Mission. Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Performs responsible, initial departmental duties in accordance with rules, regulations, and policies. May involve communication with other departments, customers, students, and test entities.
- Process routine paperwork and/or enters data into a department log or database in the servicing of a customer.
- Serves as clerical assistant to a manager, which could include keeping appointment schedule, preparing travel, issuing directives to others on their behalf, and relieving the manager of administrative matters.
- Administer, monitor, and proctor exams in Testing Services.
- Develop and manage best practices in collecting and recording departmental data.
- Perform the check-in/out process, verify student identification, and provide proper testing instructions.
- Perform administrative tasks in the testing center such as answering the phone and handling routine.
- Handle all inquiries from internal and external customers.
