Job Description
· We are hiring Seasonal Delivery Drivers for a temporary assignment from November 2025 through January 15, 2026 (although employment may end sooner, depending on business needs – employment is at-will).

Pay & Schedule
- $21.25 per hour (paid weekly)
- 10-hour shifts typical
- 3–5-day workweek (30–40 hours per week)
- Two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute meal break per shift
- Performance incentives and bonuses available if eligibility requirements are met
- Temporary/seasonal position: benefits such as medical, dental, and vision are included
- Temporary/seasonal position: eligible to accrue paid sick leave or PTO unless required by local jurisdiction
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver packages safely and on time
- Perform vehicle safety inspections before and after each shift
- Follow all local traffic laws and company driving policies
- Provide excellent customer service even under pressure
- Work in all weather conditions; lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
- Enter and exit the delivery vehicle multiple times per day
- Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, scanning, timekeeping, and communication
- Load/unload packages and assist teammates as needed
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must hold a valid, non-provisional driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a background check and 4-panel drug screening
(Testing does not include pre-employment marijuana screening)
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must have good communication and English skills
Equipment Provided
- Company delivery vehicle and fuel
- Handheld device for delivery operations
- Uniforms and safety gear
