Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Tea Filler Contractor to support our Production Team in filling, sealing, labeling, and packaging our wellness teas. This is a temporary full-time assignment supporting our growing production needs.
The ideal candidate will maintain accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness while meeting production goals in a calm and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Fill, seal, and label tea products according to batch specifications and production schedules.
- Weigh and measure herbs accurately to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation at all times.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Report any damaged materials, low inventory, or equipment issues to the Team Leader.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and non-disclosure requirements.
Requirements
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods as needed.
- Must maintain reliability, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Comfortable working around herbs, powders, and natural fragrances.
- Prior production or packaging experience preferred but not required.
- Must be legally eligible to work as an independent contractor in Louisiana.
