Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Springhill Medical Center. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to best practices in healthcare. Fulltime RN New Hires are eligible for a Sign On Bonus of $2,500
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition promptly.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment options.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and care provided.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Proven experience in acute care or critical care settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $25.58 - $35.18 per hour
