Job description:
This is a remote call center position. The call center agent will work on one of our many campaigns, such as solar, life insurance, or education.
Agents will work from home, participate in remote training and meetings, and will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Make outbound calls to potential customers who have showed an interest in one of our campaigns
- Deliver prepared sales talks and reading from scripts that describe products or services to assist the customer with the best option or program available
- Gather information of prospects’ goals to determine the appropriate solution for their needs
- Obtain customer information, such as name, address, phone number, etc. and accurately enter information into computer.
- Build rapport with the prospect to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Good attendance record
- Team player
- Ability to build rapport
- Sales experience a plus
- Authorized to work in the United States for any employer
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to work assigned shift (40 hours weekly) during hours of operation
- Hours of Operation are Monday – Friday, 8am to 11pm

- Must have a designated work area that is quiet and free of distractions
- Must have a computer that meets minimum hardware specifications (with ethernet cord/not WIFI)
- Headset (you will need to provide your own)
- Camera (required for training, meetings, and video chats)
- Reliable high-speed internet
- USB Mouse & Headset
- NOT ACCEPTABLE Chromebooks and tablets will not work with our technology. Must not be using VPN during work hours, it will impact critical systems.
Salary: $14.00/hr
