We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inbound Call Center Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support. In this fast-paced environment, your ability to effectively communicate and resolve customer inquiries will directly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Pay: $16.50- $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers by providing information and resolving issues related to products and services.
- Process customer orders, returns, and inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computers and call center technology.
