Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Title Trainee and Data Entry Assistant to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in Oil and Gas related data management, administrative support, and learn title review in various areas across the country. As a key member of our team, you will assist with data entry, organization, and maintenance of various databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our daily workflows. You will also work directly with an experienced landman on his projects as needed. This role is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in clerical tasks, data collection, and oil and gas remote field landman work within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Enter and update data accurately into databases, and spreadsheets
Assist with organizing and filing physical and electronic documents to ensure easy retrieval
Support data collection efforts by compiling information from various sources
Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, perform basic math calculations, and generate reports
Perform clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, transcription, and maintaining filing systems
Contribute to team efficiency by developing organizational systems for data storage and retrieval

Qualifications

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Experience with databases or similar software is preferred
Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Basic math skills for calculations within spreadsheets or reports
Previous office or clerical experience is advantageous
Knowledge of data entry procedures including transcription and filing practices
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with pivot tables and order entry processes is a plus

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
