Position Overview
The Call Center Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, provide information about products or services, and resolve inquiries efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Make outbound calls when required for follow-ups or service support
Provide accurate information about products, services, or promotions
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow company communication and service guidelines
