Key Responsibilities - Customer Operations Associate with American Electric Power (AEP)

Interact with customers via phone to assist with inquiries and resolve issues.
Provide accurate information regarding orders, billing, and other account management tasks.
Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all customer interactions.
Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve customer experience.

Education and Experience - Customer Operations Associate with American Electric Power (AEP)
